D2P Staff Help Teach Short Course for Food & Beverage Entrepreneurs

Registration is now open for the Center for Dairy Research TURBO program’s short course, “How to Develop a Winning Game Plan to Grow your Food or Beverage Business.” The short course will take place March 5-6 at Babcock Hall on the UW–Madison campus. This short course is intended for anyone interested in growing their food or beverage business. It will cover a wide range of relevant topics and provide strategies to maximize your business’s growth.

Two of Discovery to Product’s Innovation and Commercialization Specialists will help teach the course. Cecily Brose has over 19 years of product and packaging experience in the Consumer Product industry both in large food companies and in her own startup business. Abram Becker has over 20 years of diverse strategic, operational, and financial experience gained from roles working with start-ups, non-profits, and industry-leading multinational corporations.
